Insurance Sales Representative

About the role

The Insurance Sales Representative will join Dale McLeod's Agency, a leading Caribbean insurance provider, to identify prospective clients, understand their insurance and financial needs, and propose tailored solutions. This full‑time position focuses on building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients for insurance and financial products.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Maintain and nurture ongoing client relationships.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product developments.
• Prepare regular sales reports and collaborate with team members to improve client experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Sales expertise with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Effective time‑management, organizational skills and adaptability.
• Knowledge of insurance products, financial planning and industry trends is valued.
• Proven experience in insurance sales or related sales roles is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; finance, business or management background is an asset.
• Must possess a vehicle.
• Minimum of 5 CSEC/GCE O‑Levels, including Mathematics and English.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
