Integration Developer – Workato & SAP BTP

About the role

Join Berner's greenfield integration project as an Integration Developer. Working closely with the Integration Lead, you will build and maintain the new integration ecosystem based on Workato and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), forming a core component of the company's digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and optimise Workato recipes and SAP BTP integration flows.
• Implement technical integration requirements in collaboration with IT and business teams.
• Document, standardise, and create reusable integration modules.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance performance, scalability and cloud consumption (FinOps).
• Produce process descriptions, best‑practice guides and contribute to an integration governance framework with KPIs.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in integration or automation.
• Hands‑on experience with Workato or SAP BTP (or strong willingness to learn).
• Basic knowledge of APIs, OData, JSON/XML and webhook mechanisms.
• Interest in cloud technologies, data flows, automation and transformation.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive, hands‑on mentality.
