Internal Communications Specialist

About the role

PowerCo Battery Spain is launching its own cell manufacturing facility in Valencia and needs an Internal Communications Specialist to shape and deliver communication to its internal audience. You will help build a cohesive communication strategy that supports the company’s rapid growth and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in creating and continuously updating the internal communications strategy.
• Ensure the strategy is implemented across all internal channels.
• Manage content creation and adaptation for various formats (texts, images, videos).
• Identify and leverage contemporary internal communication channels.
• Produce communication materials such as newsletters, intranet posts, and visual assets.
• Support company projects that require internal communication measures.
• Coordinate internal events and job fairs.
• Assist in managing external agencies for specific communication projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations or marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience in internal communications or a related field.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and demands.
