International Account Manager – Fragrances

About the role
Ebedart Fragrances is expanding its commercial team and seeks an International Account Manager to drive growth in strategic export markets. The role combines new‑business hunting with long‑term client stewardship across the global fragrance sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire strategic international clients for fragrance solutions.
- Build and manage a portfolio of B2B accounts in home care, personal care, fabric care, and fine fragrances.
- Maintain and deepen long‑term customer relationships.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and contract terms.
- Lead projects from briefing through final delivery, coordinating with R&D, regulatory, supply‑chain and operations teams.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs and client visits.
- Prepare commercial forecasts, reports and KPI tracking.
Required profile
- University degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Chemistry or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Export Area Manager or Business Development professional.
- Proven experience in fragrances, raw materials or chemical products and managing international clients.
- Fluent English; additional languages such as French are a plus.
- Strong hunter mindset with solid negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Autonomous, proactive and results‑oriented, comfortable in a fast‑growing environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
