International Junior Sales Executive

About the role

Click&Boat, the European leader in boat rentals and a product of Boats Group, is looking for an International Junior Sales Executive to join its Barcelona team. You will be part of a sales unit of around 40 people, handling clients who are interested in booking boat rentals and contributing to the company’s fast‑growing marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client enquiries and guide them through the boat rental booking process.
• Collaborate closely with the Supply team to ensure availability and optimal matching of boats.
• Support the sales pipeline by maintaining accurate records of interactions and deals.

Required profile

• Motivated junior professional eager to start a career in sales.
• Strong interest in the recreational boating sector.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining office presence in Barcelona with remote tasks.
