Internship - Digital Marketing & Content Creation

About the role

Join Byld, a leader in corporate venture-building with 8 years of expertise in Spain, for an exciting and creative journey. As our Digital Marketing Intern, you will play a pivotal role in launching and scaling our brand-new podcast, moving from initial concept to full-scale execution.

Main Missions

• Podcast Production: Participate in the entire lifecycle of our podcast, including script structuring, recording sessions, and creative direction.
• Content Creation & Editing: Record, edit, and optimize high-quality audio and video content using CapCut to create engaging Reels, teasers, and reusable assets.
• Social Media Management: Plan, design, and publish captivating content across LinkedIn and Instagram to drive community engagement.
• Visual Design & Web: Create professional visual assets (infographics, carousels) using Canva and Framer, and assist in maintaining our website.
• Content Marketing: Write and publish SEO-optimized blog posts and design impactful newsletters for both internal and external audiences.

Profile sought

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or Graphic Design.
• A highly creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and social media trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving professional environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple creative tasks simultaneously.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in design and video editing tools: Canva, Framer, Photoshop, and CapCut.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
• Experience or strong interest in podcasting and multimedia storytelling.
