ISR Mission System Software Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Mission A/C & Ground Software Department. You will develop and maintain onboard and ground mission systems that fuse data from multiple sensors (EO/IR, AIS, Radar, DataLinks) to provide an enriched tactical picture for pilots, co‑pilots and C2 operators.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and verify software components for mission systems.
• Configure and deploy software in development and integration environments.
• Contribute to the evolution of software and deployment architecture to meet new customer needs.
• Collaborate with an experienced team to ensure high‑quality, maintainable code.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of C/C++ and the full software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Linux (SUSE preferred) and HMI middleware such as Qt.
• Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and software design patterns.
• Experience with software verification methods (unit, integration, black‑box, non‑regression testing).
• Understanding of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) is a plus.
