IT Operations Specialist – Compliance Solutions

About the role

Airbus Helicopters (Albacete, Spain) is looking for an IT Operations specialist for its Compliance solutions team within the Digital Campus project. You will join the developing solutions team that provides a technological answer to compliance with Airbus Helicopters' needs and regulatory requirements, and manage development projects and requested evolutions aimed at improving the classification and management of controlled data.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team in the development, deployment, configuration and maintenance of IT compliance applications and their updates
• Keep the solutions and their infrastructure operational according to SLAs, security constraints and hosting policies
• Ensure IT change requests are delivered according to stakeholder requirements
• Communicate product improvements, updates and obsolescence management to the Product Manager
• Follow and supervise incident, problem, change, configuration and event management processes
• Supervise system backups and lead disaster recovery tests
• Provide inputs for KPI monitoring and recommendations for improvement

Required profile

• Computer science degree or similar
• 3 to 5 years of experience in information systems
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English
• Security clearance or eligibility for it
• Excellent communication skills, open to collaboration in a transnational environment

Required skills

• System administration on OCP servers and Windows/SQL servers
• Programming and scripting: Java, Perl, Python, PowerShell
• Agile practices (continuous delivery, iterative approach, PoCs, MVPs)
