IT ServiceDesk Specialist

About the role

Join Glovo’s IT ServiceDesk team in Barcelona and provide first‑line technical support for the company’s critical business services. You will work behind the scenes to keep systems running smoothly and help colleagues resolve everyday IT issues.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely support for Windows and macOS environments.
• Handle Level 1 and Level 2 incidents and service requests.
• Support SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Slack and Atlassian JIRA Service Desk.
• Create and maintain documentation, procedures and knowledge base articles.
• Administer and operate various IT tools, including automation scripts and service‑desk portals.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of full‑time experience in an IT ServiceDesk role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a technical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a solution‑oriented attitude.
