IT Supervisor

About the role

Lear For You is looking for an IT Supervisor in Epila to lead the plant's IT operations, infrastructure and technology initiatives. The goal is high system availability, strong data security and reliable support for business operations, working alongside corporate IT teams and local stakeholders while managing budgets, compliance and end-user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the plant's IT infrastructure, systems, networks and computing environment.
• Evaluate technology needs and support planning and implementation of infrastructure upgrades.
• Work with corporate IT teams to align with enterprise standards, security and technology roadmaps.
• Ensure data security, network protection, backups and disaster recovery readiness.
• Lead troubleshooting, resolve critical issues and minimise downtime.
• Oversee the local help desk and hardware, software and user support requests.
• Manage IT assets, vendors and procurement of hardware, software and services.
• Develop and manage the annual IT budget and monitor performance metrics and KPIs.
• Support telephony systems administration, upgrades and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, governance standards and IT security requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, network management or a related IT leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing Windows Server, VMware virtualisation, SQL Server and Cisco-based network infrastructure.
• Experience with IT security, backup and disaster recovery planning, Microsoft 365 administration and IT budget management.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational and communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Legally authorised to work in the country where the position is located.
