IT Support Technician

About the role

Legends Global is seeking an IT Support Technician to join its hybrid team in Madrid. You will be the first point of contact for internal users, providing both on‑site and remote assistance to keep business productivity tools and equipment running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical support contact for all staff, handling queries via phone, ticketing system, or in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues using systematic troubleshooting techniques.
• Maintain the health of deployed equipment and ensure business productivity tools are up‑to‑date.
• Document incidents and solutions in the Service Management platform, creating knowledge‑base articles for future reference.
• Communicate status updates and expected resolution times to users.
• Collaborate with local and global IT teams, as well as external vendors, to deliver consistent service excellence.
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement of support processes.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of computer systems and common productivity applications.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to translate user problems into clear technical actions.
• Customer‑focused attitude with patience for handling difficult situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team.
