IT Support Technician

About the role

The IT Support Technician will provide both remote and on‑site assistance to Ria Money Transfer stores across EMEA, ensuring the smooth operation of user devices, network infrastructure and Microsoft cloud services. You will act as the first line of defence for hardware, software and connectivity issues in a fast‑paced financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote and on‑site user support for PCs, laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals.
• Perform medium‑level Microsoft system administration, including Azure, Active Directory, Office 365 and Exchange management.
• Handle ticket lifecycle in Manage Engine and JIRA, adhering to SLA targets.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches and firewalls.
• Document incidents, generate impact analysis reports and update support tickets.
• Provide phone support for internal users and on‑duty coverage as needed.

Required profile

• Formal qualification in system administration, networking or a related field.
• Proven experience with Microsoft environments and network infrastructure.
• Strong English communication skills (medium‑high level).
• Flexibility to work overtime and on‑call shifts.
