IT Support Technician – Tarragona

About the role

Next Maritime is seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join its headquarters in Tarragona. You will be part of a dynamic IT team, providing day‑to‑day technical assistance to internal users while supporting the company’s digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line IT support and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, user management, and device provisioning.
• Set up and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Support cybersecurity measures and data‑protection projects.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and system‑related issues.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement and documentation of solutions.

Required profile

• Degree or vocational training in IT, Computer Systems, Networks or a related field.
• Fluent Spanish and good English (minimum B2).
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Service‑oriented mindset, organized and eager to learn.
• Previous IT support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
