IT Support Trainee (Internship)

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for an IT Support Trainee to join its IT team at the EMEA headquarters in Madrid for a 6-month internship. The trainee acts as a support figure in daily tasks and projects, helping the company run smoothly while being trained by the IT managers in the first weeks to become an independent problem solver.

Key responsibilities

• Help the IT team with daily administrative tasks
• Set up equipment such as laptops, mobile phones and accounts
• Contribute to small projects with the team
• Take care of the inventory
• Respond promptly to service issues and requests (Help Desk)
• Follow up on IT tickets

Required profile

• Enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship agreement
• Good understanding of Microsoft Windows 11 (installation, configuration, imaging solutions)
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
• Trustworthy, accurate and a good communicator
• Able to work in Europe

Required skills

• Android/iOS and MacOS (MacOS is a plus)
• Video collaboration tools such as Logitech or Teams-based systems
• Excel, Word and PowerPoint
