Junior Demand Planning Analyst

About the role

This position is responsible for shaping demand forecasts for all SKUs and network centers across the region. You will combine statistical models with commercial insights to produce a single, consensus forecast that drives supply planning and business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate baseline forecasts using statistical models and cleansed historical data.
• Incorporate commercial inputs such as promotions, local trends, and volume forecasts into the baseline.
• Support the commercial team in estimating the impact of promotions and other activities.
• Review forecasts to enable supply planning to meet cost and service‑level targets.
• Provide mid‑term aggregated forecasts for production capacity, warehouse, and transport planning.
• Lead the Regional Demand Review committee, achieving consensus on a single forecast.
• Participate in the Regional S&OP committee and scenario‑planning processes, including machine‑learning initiatives.
• Analyse forecast bias drivers and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics or Finance.
• Experience with PowerBI and data analysis in SAP IBP (valued).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English communication skills.
