Junior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Kyndryl is looking for a passionate Junior DevOps Engineer to help accelerate fast, safe software delivery at scale. You will work across development, operations, and security teams to automate processes, improve reliability, and support cloud‑native environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Jenkins.
• Integrate quality gates with Selenium, JMeter, Cypress and other testing frameworks.
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Ansible, Terraform, Crossplane, OpenTofu, etc.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads on Kubernetes and serverless platforms (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Cloud App Engine).
• Automate operational tasks and monitor key performance indicators for developer productivity and system efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather feedback and continuously improve the delivery flow.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience delivering modern CI/CD solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud‑native architectures and container orchestration.
• Experience designing scalable software platforms or distributed systems.
