Junior Digital Service Delivery Engineer – Control‑M

About the role

We are looking for an Early Career Service Delivery Engineer to join our international Digital Infrastructure team in Spain and support the administration, maintenance and continuous evolution of our Control‑M platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their IT career who wants to develop technical expertise in enterprise workload orchestration, infrastructure and service management. You will work alongside experienced professionals in a structured knowledge‑transfer and mentoring environment, gaining hands‑on experience while progressively taking ownership of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Support the administration and maintenance of the Control‑M platform.
• Coordinate with the external service provider responsible for daily platform operations.
• Participate in platform installations, configuration, upgrades and maintenance activities.
• Assist in incident, problem and change management activities.
• Support platform monitoring and performance optimisation.
• Participate in version upgrades, migrations and patch management.
• Contribute to platform security and vulnerability management.
• Help ensure compliance with security requirements, operational standards and agreed service levels (SLAs).
• Collaborate on continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance platform reliability and operational efficiency.
• Support integrations between Control‑M and enterprise applications such as SAP, corporate applications and Ansible.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Early‑career profile (recent graduate or up to approximately two years of professional experience).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in an international context.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Control‑M platform.
• Basic Linux and/or Windows administration.
• Basic scripting and automation concepts.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications such as SAP and Ansible.
