Junior Full-Stack Engineer (AI Code Evaluation)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Full‑Stack Engineer to join our AI‑focused team in Spain. In this role you will work at the intersection of web development and artificial‑intelligence, evaluating and improving code generated by AI models. You will collaborate with AI researchers and software engineers in a fast‑moving, experimental environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clone, run and debug AI‑generated full‑stack and frontend applications to verify functionality.
• Assess code quality, structure, readability and compliance with engineering standards.
• Identify UI, layout and logic inconsistencies in AI‑generated outputs and document findings.
• Work with engineers to refine code‑evaluation frameworks and quality benchmarks.
• Contribute to reusable frontend components and internal tooling.
• Implement small features, UI tweaks and iterative improvements.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI code‑generation models.

Required profile

• Basic to some professional experience in full‑stack or frontend development.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration.
• Curiosity about AI systems and code‑generation technologies.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
