Junior Interior Designer – Hospitality Projects

About the role

Lazaro Rosa Violan is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Junior Interior Designer/Architect to join its Barcelona team. You will work on curated hospitality projects, contributing to exceptional guest experiences for luxury and boutique hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop interior design concepts for hospitality projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and project stakeholders to deliver high‑quality results.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
• Ensure project deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on schedule.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
• Graduate degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum two years of proven experience on hospitality projects (internships do not count).
• Familiarity with five‑star luxury and premium hotel design processes is a strong advantage.
