About the role
As a Junior Pre‑Sales Specialist you will be the first point of contact for Swedish‑ and Norwegian‑speaking customers, guiding them through the initial stages of their journey with Otovo. You will manage inbound leads, schedule appointments, and support customers with the necessary documentation while ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Service and Operations.
Key responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
- Present Otovo’s value proposition and book the most suitable service based on customer needs.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Qualify customers according to Otovo’s internal criteria and processes.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to guarantee a smooth experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow structured CRM workflows.
Required profile
- Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian at C1 level or higher, with strong English proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to changing priorities.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM systems.
