Junior Production Coordinator – Powder Manufacturing

About the role

This junior position is a development pathway within Vestacy's production team, aimed at preparing the successful candidate to coordinate the powder production area. You will start by learning manufacturing processes, safety and quality standards, then gain hands‑on experience across raw material handling, powder processing and packaging.

Key responsibilities

• Support coordination with other departments to keep the production plan on track.
• Assist in managing powder personnel to meet delivery and cost targets.
• Gain practical experience in raw material handling, powder processing and packaging.
• Monitor OEE losses caused by factory incidents and propose corrective actions.
• Draft and review factory procedures and operating methods.
• Support daily production activities and troubleshoot basic operational issues.
• Gradually take on leadership duties, supervising teams and daily operations.
• Identify and implement improvements to reduce waste and minimise accident risk.
• Assist in analysing non‑conformities and executing corrective actions.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong teamwork, organisational and analytical abilities.
• Perseverance, commitment and a high sense of responsibility.
