Junior Sales Executive – Spanish Market

About the role

Join Click&Boat’s sales crew in Barcelona as a Junior Sales Executive focused on the Spanish market. You will manage Spanish‑speaking clients interested in boat rentals, collaborate with the Supply and Customer Care teams, and help deliver seamless, high‑quality experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers' needs and advise them on suitable boat options.
• Negotiate the best prices with boat owners to secure attractive deals.
• Convert warm leads from your pipeline using proven sales strategies.
• Guide customers through the entire booking process and ensure satisfaction.
• Work at least one Saturday per month during the summer season, with a compensatory day off.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Spanish and fluent in English.
• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles with a strong focus on satisfaction.
• Team player who takes initiative and values customer loyalty.
