About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Occidental Pueblo Acantilado in Alicante. Working 20 hours per week, you will support the kitchen operations and help maintain high standards of hygiene and food preparation.

Key responsibilities

Maintain the kitchen in optimal hygiene and order.
Clean, peel and cut vegetables.
Mix ingredients for various dishes.
De‑plume poultry and chop meat.
Scale fish and handle other raw products.
Keep kitchen tools and utensils clean.
Assist in preserving raw materials and kitchen products.

Required profile

Vocational training (Medium Level) in Cooking and Gastronomy.
Completed HACCP (APPCC) course.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar kitchen role.
No language requirement; hospitality knowledge is a plus.

Required skills

HACCP food safety knowledge.
