L3 Consultant MDM Intune

About the role

We are looking for a Level‑3 Consultant specialized in Mobile Device Management (MDM) using Microsoft Intune for a major insurance client. The position is fully remote, with occasional on‑site meetings in Barcelona.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end application lifecycle (integration, testing, qualification, deployment) within Intune.
• Provide L3 support for major incidents and technical issues reported by users.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and develop new features as needed.
• Produce and maintain documentation, reports, and configuration artifacts.
• Deliver app packages, configure Intune/WIP/VPN setups, and close incident tickets.

Required profile

• Fluent English for technical communication and documentation.
• Strong writing skills for clear documentation of configurations and processes.

Required skills

• Microsoft Intune and Autopilot MDM expertise.
• Windows device management and Windows Information Protection (WIP).
• Experience with MS Endpoint DLP, McAfee Cloud Proxy, and F5 Per‑App VPN (nice‑to‑have).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
