Lawyer – Commercial Contracts

About the role

Vueling is seeking a qualified Lawyer to join its legal team. You will act as a legal partner to the business, providing advice on commercial contracts and regulatory matters while ensuring compliance with Spanish and EU legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and manage a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Coordinate contract execution and advise internal stakeholders on contractual requests.
• Liaise with external law firms for complex contractual issues and reviews.
• Provide general legal advice, interpret applicable laws and contracts.
• Support passenger‑claims handling and regulatory dispute resolution.

Required profile

• Law degree with a specialization in Civil Law.
• Basic understanding of GDPR and its application to data handling.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, preferably with regulatory compliance and civil‑law case exposure.
