Lead AI Deployment Architect

About the role

Celonis is the platform that industrializes Enterprise AI, built around the Celonis Context Model, a digital twin of the enterprise that combines process data, business knowledge and intelligence. Celonis Services is a strategic organization that integrates consulting services, academy and customer support to help customers adopt process intelligence. As a Lead AI Deployment Architect you will work directly with customers to design, deploy and scale AI solutions and automations on the Process Intelligence platform, in both pre-sales and post-sales roles, working with Product & Engineering and GTM to standardize these solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prototype, develop and scale end-to-end AI solutions using Python, LLM-based architectures (RAG) and machine learning models
• Pitch the Celonis AI value proposition to C-level stakeholders and align it with their enterprise AI strategy
• Identify high-impact AI use cases and package them into scalable, repeatable offerings (e.g. via the Machine Learning Workbench)
• Define and run the technical roadmap for AI Lighthouse customers, from pilot to production
• Act as the technical voice of the customer with Product & Engineering to influence the roadmap for AI Agents and automation
• Train internal teams on AI deployment best practices and share success stories
• Design deployments that integrate AI, Process Intelligence and automation into complex enterprise IT landscapes

Required profile

• Analytical role experience demonstrating value through data analysis, process improvement and software deployment, preferably in a consultancy, SaaS or in-house Centre of Excellence setting
• Proven experience building AI solutions for enterprises with a portfolio of real-world use cases
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or a related field
