Lead Product Manager - Asphalt Legends

About the role

Gameloft is hiring a Lead Product Manager for Asphalt Legends, a global racing game. As Senior Product Manager, you will be a key figure behind the game's financial health and long-term sustainability, working with the Game Manager and key stakeholders to orchestrate the revenue strategy across the product lifecycle, balancing aggressive growth in engagement and monetization with a AAA player experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Game Leadership (Game Manager, Design and Marketing) to define the multi-year roadmap aligned with commercial targets.
• Drive a Live Operations strategy: optimize events and offers to maximize LTV and ARPU, streamline workflows and automate processes to cut production time and cost.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new monetization systems, from concept to post-launch optimization, and audit existing systems for untapped potential.
• Lead hypothesis-driven development through A/B testing, deep-dive data analysis and KPI forecasting models.
• Mentor junior PMs and act as the main business voice for the game internally and externally.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product management experience in F2P games (mobile, PC or console).
• Proven impact on monetization and retention for top-tier live titles.
• Bachelor's degree in economics, business management, marketing or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly valued.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Bonus points: experience in other markets, strong grasp of game design and behavioral economics, racing game experience, cross-platform or mobile/PC-console experience, and team management experience.
