Lecturer – European Politics (6 ECTS)

About the role

UVic-UCC, a young and dynamic university in Central Catalonia, is seeking a Lecturer (PDI Associate) for the academic year 2026‑2027. The successful candidate will teach a 6‑credit module on Theories of European Integration, delivering both theoretical foundations and practical insights.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 6 ECTS of teaching for the course "Theories of European Integration".
• Prepare and present course materials that cover both theoretical frameworks and real‑world applications.
• Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and participation.
• Contribute to the faculty’s research and internationalisation objectives.

Required profile

• Relevant academic qualification (recognised in Spain or accompanied by a declaration of equivalence).
• Ability to teach in English and explain complex political concepts clearly.
• Commitment to high‑quality teaching, innovative research, and international collaboration.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of European integration theory and practice.
