Legal Counsel

About the role

LCKY Group is looking for a Legal Counsel to support the Legal and Compliance Officer in Spain. The role will involve handling daily legal matters for both B2B and B2C entities and will report to the Chief Compliance & Regulatory Affairs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice on commercial, corporate and operational issues.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Assist the Head of Compliance with regulatory matters in Spain, monitor developments and support implementation.
• Liaise with external legal advisors and regulatory authorities to maintain compliance.
• Prepare and submit filings, notifications and other required documentation on regulatory portals.
• Coordinate legal matters and cases in Spain with external counsel and internal teams.
• Offer administrative and operational support to the legal and compliance function as needed.

Required profile

• Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Registered member of a Spanish Bar Association.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Prior experience collaborating with the DGOJ is a plus.
