Legal Counsel (Polish Qualified)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Legal Counsel in its Madrid headquarters. The role supports Fever's operations worldwide, with an emphasis on its expansion into Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). It suits a proactive, autonomous and driven person who can adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general legal support by adapting company legal strategy to regional business needs in the CEE region
• Work with internal and external SMEs to give corporate, commercial, compliance, litigation and dispute support to the region
• Stay up to date on legislative and jurisprudential developments in the region
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritise and manage complex legal matters
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions in multiple jurisdictions
• Contribute to company knowledge and documents, including preparing and revising templates and legal guides
• Prioritise work according to company strategy and objectives, and support the upskilling and growth of other team members

Required profile

• Barred and practising Polish lawyer with 4+ years of PQE
• Experience on projects spanning multiple CEE jurisdictions
• Experience in top-tier law firms or in-house at a large-scale multinational
• Fluent English and Polish; an additional European language is a strong plus
• Ability to turn complex legal issues into business outcomes, strong technical skills and good communication
