Logistics Executive Manager – Europe

About the role

The Logistics Executive Manager will lead Havaianas' end‑to‑end logistics operations across Europe, overseeing both warehousing and transportation for B2B, DTC and e‑commerce channels. Reporting to the European Operations Director, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to ensure reliable, cost‑effective flow of goods to over 20 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the European logistics network, managing multi‑site 3PL warehousing and a 4PL control tower for inbound, inter‑DC, outbound and last‑mile transport.
• Own governance, SLAs, productivity, inventory accuracy and cost control for the 3PL network.
• Develop carrier tender strategies, monitor OTIF performance and drive freight cost optimisation.
• Coach, develop and set KPIs for the logistics team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Implement Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives across internal and partner operations.
• Maintain logistics KPI dashboards, provide data‑driven insights and lead monthly business reviews.
• Collaborate with S&OP, Customer Service, Commercial, Finance and IT to align logistics capabilities with business needs.
• Contribute to logistics strategy, budgeting and transformation projects such as network design, automation and sustainability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration.
• Minimum 8 years of logistics/supply‑chain experience, including 3‑5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale 3PL/4PL operations across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
