Logistics Scheduler – Central Operations

About the role

As a Logistics Scheduler in Amazon's AMZL Central Operations, you will help shape the daily flow of tens of thousands of packages across the EU. Based in Barcelona, you will work closely with supply‑chain, distribution centre and ground‑transportation teams to ensure timely, cost‑effective deliveries that meet Amazon’s high customer‑experience standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor package volume flow at EU level, ensuring planning accuracy and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain best‑practice procedures and standard work for the network.
• Guarantee that service targets and regulatory deadlines are met.
• Facilitate communication between multiple departments, resolving issues that could affect business continuity.
• Research process‑improvement initiatives and make real‑time decisions while keeping a strategic perspective.
• Produce up‑to‑date statistics, management reports and analytical insights.

Required profile

• Experience with analytical tasks or data‑driven projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Advanced English (CEFR B2/C1) or higher.
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and leadership.
