Logistics Scheduler – Last Mile Operations

About the role

As a Logistics Scheduler you will coordinate daily forecasts and delivery routes for Amazon’s last‑mile network across the EU, ensuring heavy and bulky shipments reach customers on time. The role is office‑based and works closely with Supply Chain, Distribution Centers and Ground Transportation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute same‑day and next‑day demand forecasts for the EU network.
• Plan and monitor delivery routes, handling tens of thousands of packages daily.
• Maintain planning accuracy, control costs and uphold customer experience standards.
• Develop and document best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Meet service targets and regulatory deadlines.
• Communicate with cross‑functional departments to resolve operational issues.
• Research and implement process‑improvement initiatives.
• Produce up‑to‑date statistics, management reports and analytical insights.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night or central).
