Logistics Scheduler – Night Shift (EU Quick Commerce)

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Scheduler to join Amazon’s Quick Commerce team in Barcelona. Working night shifts, you will support ultra‑fast delivery across European cities by planning and monitoring the flow of tens of thousands of packages each day.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily same‑day and next‑day demand forecasts for the EU network.
• Plan delivery routes and monitor volume flow to ensure planning accuracy, cost efficiency and a high‑quality customer experience.
• Develop and standardise best‑practice processes for the network.
• Meet service targets and regulatory deadlines while communicating with supply‑chain, distribution centre and ground‑transportation teams.
• Research process‑improvement initiatives and make real‑time decisions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date statistics, management reports and analysis.

Required profile

• Experience in analytical tasks or data‑driven projects.
• Advanced English proficiency (CEFR B2/C1).
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills with peers and leadership.
• Background in logistics, transportation, supply‑chain, import/export or data administration.
