Logistics & Supply Manager

About the role

Events Arena, a Barcelona‑based B2B travel agency specialising in premium sports and cultural event packages, is seeking a Logistics & Supply Manager. You will own the end‑to‑end logistics chain, ensuring that every client package is delivered flawlessly from reservation to post‑event follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise overall package and event logistics, coordinating deadlines before, during and after each event.
• Manage weekend operations and proactively handle on‑site constraints or emergencies.
• Prepare, review and dispatch client vouchers, travel documents, tickets and rooming lists, guaranteeing compliance and accuracy.
• Participate in non‑contractual ticket procurement, monitor supplier conditions and optimise supply during peak periods.
• Act as the logistics interface between reservations, ticketing and packages teams, monitoring internal tools and reporting operational insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics and supply processes.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and anticipation abilities with a rigorous, precise approach.
• Analytical mindset applied to operational data and the capacity to use AI tools in workflows.
• Excellent cross‑team communication, resilience under pressure and a collaborative spirit.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a strong plus.
