Luxury Reservation Consultant (French Speakers)

About the role

As a Luxury Reservation Consultant you will join Accor’s Global Reservation Centre to assist guests in booking stays at luxury hotels worldwide. Working in an unscripted, heart‑focused environment, you will use your knowledge of premium properties to create memorable travel experiences for French‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound reservation requests from French‑speaking guests, providing personalized recommendations.
• Book global travel experiences, including rooms and packages, tailored to guest needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of luxury hotel locations, rates, and promotions.
• Deliver authentic, heartfelt conversations that reflect Accor’s “Heartist” philosophy.
• Collaborate with an international team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality or tourism; luxury travel experience is a plus.
• Native‑level or proficient French and fluent English (C1‑C2).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening ability and genuine passion for travel.

Required skills

• Computer literacy and comfort with new reservation software.
