Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

Join Airbus Helicopters España’s Operations team of about 60 professionals and help shape the Factory of the Future. You will work on the full industrialisation chain, from design data integration to serial production, for VTOL and helicopter products.

Key responsibilities

• Transfer design data to the manufacturing environment and influence product architecture with an operator‑centric approach.
• Develop and optimise the industrial concept for the entire product range, creating balanced production lines.
• Simulate the industrial system, analyse performance data and propose improvement solutions for the shop floor.
• Collaborate closely with the design office, production teams and data analysts to ensure seamless product development.

Required profile

• Strong experience in manufacturing, production line development and execution.
• Ability to apply a Digital Twin methodology in an industrial setting.
• Curious, rigorous, enthusiastic and a proven team player.
• Effective communication in Spanish and English (additional French or German is a plus).
