Manufacturing Engineer – Temporary (Albacete)

Airbus Helicopters España is expanding its manufacturing engineering team in Albacete and seeks a temporary Manufacturing Engineer to support product industrialisation and daily operational success. The role involves producing manufacturing documentation, integrating design data, and maintaining an operator‑focused perspective while ensuring a balanced and efficient production line.

The engineer will act as a technical reference for operators, cooperate daily with a multi‑functional team, analyse and solve technical issues on the shop floor, and help prevent recurring industrial impacts. Participation in the adoption of digital technologies and the Airbus Operating System (AOS) through performance routines and lean actions is required to reach industrial‑excellence targets.

Required profile includes an engineering background in manufacturing, curiosity, rigor, enthusiasm, strong teamwork, and a foundation in AI and data analytics. Project‑management expertise is valued. Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory; German or French is a plus.
