Marketing Internship – Brand Management

About the role

Join Procter & Gamble’s Madrid office as a Brand Management Intern and experience a real‑world marketing environment. You will work within a multi‑functional brand team that manages leading consumer‑goods brands such as Ariel, Gillette, Oral‑B, Head & Shoulders, and Pantene.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑lead a new product launch or evaluate existing brand strategies.
• Conduct monthly market and brand analyses, gather input from cross‑functional teams, and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in the design and execution of brand campaigns across media, digital, CRM, in‑store, and PR channels.
• Support the creation of campaign briefs, localize regional campaigns, and monitor implementation.
• Collaborate on digital marketing initiatives, including visibility, content, local partnerships, and e‑commerce.
• Help develop market and initiative reviews and coordinate internal events.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a master’s program in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest or passion for brand management and marketing.
• Fluent in Spanish (oral and written) with a good level of English.
• Leadership mindset, customer orientation, and a drive to achieve objectives.
• Analytical, resourceful, and creative problem‑solver.
