Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join a fast‑growing technology company in Spain. In this role you will coordinate complex marketing initiatives, bridge product, development and creative teams, and ensure ideas move from concept to successful launch.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end marketing design workflows, from intake to delivery and launch.
• Define project requirements, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Prioritise requests with product and development teams, balancing impact, urgency and resources.
• Monitor progress, manage dependencies and proactively address risks.
• Act as the main liaison between Marketing, Product and Development, translating technical needs into clear briefs.
• Facilitate project reviews, feedback cycles and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate website launches, content updates, landing pages and digital platform improvements.
• Create and improve processes, templates and documentation to increase workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Structured and proactive professional with strong organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in fast‑paced technology environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing project management, design operations or a similar role.
• Proven track record managing design workflows and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
