Marketing Strategy Senior Manager

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Marketing Strategy Senior Manager based in Madrid. The role serves as the commercial and strategic engine behind a portfolio of exclusive, global entertainment experiences, with full P&L and budget ownership. It blends data analytics with multi-channel digital expertise to drive demand and regional market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for a portfolio of experiences, driving demand, visibility and long-term growth.
• Develop scalable marketing strategies for experiences worldwide, including partner events and Fever Originals.
• Lead multi-channel digital campaigns across Meta (primary), Google, TikTok and emerging platforms, with strong ROI.
• Work with Business Strategy and Growth Marketing to analyse performance and define strategies for regional growth.
• Coordinate with Creative, Design, Media, CRM, Content and Product teams, and lead meetings with internal teams and partners.
• Oversee and optimise large marketing budgets and own the P&L for the region.
• Drive strategic planning and forecasting, and use data insights to refine marketing models.
• Test new formats, platforms and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in digital and growth marketing, with strong performance across Google, TikTok and other paid channels.
• Demonstrated ability to design and run large-scale marketing strategies with measurable business impact.
• Analytical mindset, with strong command of performance metrics, forecasting and P&L-driven decisions.
• Executive communication skills and ability to lead meetings with partners and internal teams.
• Bilingual English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field; experience in entertainment, experiential marketing, media or consumer tech is preferred.
