Marketing Trainee – FMCG Internship

About the role

Join Colgate-Palmolive as a Marketing Trainee and gain hands‑on experience in a leading fast‑moving consumer goods company. This 6‑month internship (with a possible 6‑month extension) is aimed at students and recent graduates who want to develop commercial, marketing and leadership skills while working on real‑world projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support in‑store and online campaigns for key brands and product launches.
• Assist in creating and managing SKUs and FES codes.
• Prepare briefs for creative agencies and follow up on artwork approvals.
• Coordinate materials and timelines for in‑store activations and promotional events.
• Brief agencies for ad‑hoc marketing materials such as leaflets, banners, social media posts and product bundles.
• Support e‑commerce content creation, translation and adaptation of digital assets.
• Help prepare and update sales presentations, toolkits and other sales materials.
• Assist in monitoring marketing budgets and tracking expenses.
• Work with Nielsen data to produce ad‑hoc reports, category analyses and competition tracking.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate interested in marketing and consumer goods.
• Strong interest in brand management, product launches and data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a commercial team and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with Nielsen data analysis.
