About the role
We are looking for an Admissions Officer to provide maternity cover at The British School of Almería. The successful candidate will manage the full admissions cycle, from receiving applications to guiding families through the process, ensuring accurate records and a welcoming experience. Our school values student wellbeing, safeguarding, diversity and continuous improvement, and expects staff to embody these principles.
Key responsibilities
- Process and evaluate student applications.
- Conduct interviews and assessments of prospective students.
- Communicate with families about the admissions process.
- Maintain accurate admissions records and documentation.
Required profile
- Experience in admissions, preferably in an educational setting.
- Degree in education, communications, or a related field.
Required skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to work with diverse families and students.
