About the role

Atlas American School of Malaga is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Math Teacher to join its Middle & High School team for the 2026/27 academic year. The successful candidate will inspire students to develop a love for mathematics and support their academic progress.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Assess student performance through tests, projects, and other evaluations.
• Provide individualized support to help students overcome learning challenges.
• Foster critical thinking and problem‑solving skills through interactive activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the math curriculum and share best practices.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school‑wide initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience teaching mathematics at the middle and/or high school level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to integrate technology effectively into classroom instruction.
