Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Technician to ensure the reliability and efficiency of production equipment and industrial facilities in the Valencian Community. You will perform both preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and plant infrastructure.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures.
• Document all maintenance actions, downtime, spare‑part usage and corrective measures in a CMMS.
• Monitor spare‑part inventory and maintain a clean, safe workshop environment.
• Collaborate with production teams to plan maintenance activities and minimise operational disruptions.
• Support installation, commissioning, modification and relocation of industrial machinery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and company standards, including proper use of PPE.

Required profile

• Vocational training (intermediate or advanced) in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, mechatronics, electrical engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in electromechanical maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing setting, preferably food production.
• Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
