Media Designer – Visual & Motion Design

About the role

We are looking for a talented Media Designer to create compelling visual assets across all of our digital touchpoints. You will work closely with product, marketing and brand teams to deliver high‑impact graphics, motion pieces and illustrations that support our fast‑moving, AI‑enhanced workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for paid and organic social, product screens, brand collateral and presentation decks.
• Own the quality of each deliverable from brief to final output, ensuring fast turnaround without compromising standards.
• Develop deep expertise in a primary discipline (motion, graphic design, illustration) while expanding skills across related areas.
• Leverage AI tools to generate concepts, explore visual directions and accelerate production pipelines.
• Balance high‑volume workload across multiple projects, making smart trade‑offs between craftsmanship and speed.
• Understand business context, target audience and success metrics to inform strategic design decisions.
• Proactively identify gaps, propose ideas and take initiative on creative opportunities.
