Medical Education French Speaker (HCP)

About the role

This role supports clients of IQVIA's Compliance Services team, which serves the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. The work covers transparency support and outsourcing, grants management, HCP screening and tiering, and HCP contracting. The position delivers daily work using proprietary software, so comfort with technology is critical, and it requires detailed process orientation and strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop HCP contracts from system-generated requests using provided templates, communicate with HCPs about contracts, obtain signatures and answer questions.
• Communicate requests for information (missing items, clarifications, documentation) and update management on work status and issues.
• Ensure work quality, follow confidentiality, sensitive communication and intellectual property policies, and respond to client requests for customized reports.
• Reformat incoming files with Access, Excel and other tools to keep them in a usable form, following IQVIA quality standards and identifying data errors.
• Review client requirements with Client Service Reps, advise on custom deliverables and analyze errors and recovery methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences (mandatory).
• French speaker with advanced English.
• 3 years or more of related work experience; Contracts Management or Reports Analyst experience is a plus.
• Background in pharmaceutical compliance is desirable but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong PC skills in Excel and Access.
• Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
