MLOps Engineer Analyst – AI Applications

About the role

Join Santander's Back‑Offices Globales Mayoristas in Boadilla del Monte as an MLOps Engineer Analyst. You will help design, deploy and maintain AI‑driven solutions that support the bank’s corporate and investment banking activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI applications using Python.
• Implement AI models and services on Kubernetes clusters.
• Perform ETL processes with Python and Apache Spark.
• Build and maintain APIs for AI/ML functionalities.
• Ensure code quality and create CI/CD pipelines with Git, GitHub Actions, Sonar and Fortify.
• Write and execute tests using Pytest.
• Monitor production workloads and manage orchestration with Control‑M and Apache Airflow.
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Product Owners and technology leaders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience developing and maintaining production AI applications.
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics.
• Fluent English communication skills.
