Multilingual Customer Service Agent (Spanish, Portuguese, English)

About the role

Join Limehome as a multilingual Customer Service Agent and be the first point of contact for guests across all communication channels. You will help create memorable experiences for travelers staying in Limehome’s digital hotels throughout Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, chat and social media, providing accurate information and personalized assistance.
• Listen to guest feedback, identify pain points and propose creative solutions to improve the overall experience.
• Collaborate closely with Guest Relations Managers to resolve complex issues and ensure each guest receives an optimal solution.
• Document recurring problems and suggest process improvements to enhance day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during evenings, weekends and night shifts as required.

Required profile

• Strong passion for communication and guest satisfaction.
• Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Calm under pressure and able to handle stressful situations with composure.
• Alignment with Limehome’s digital‑first hospitality concept and willingness to contribute to its goals.
• Previous experience in hospitality, call‑center or start‑up environments is advantageous.
