Night Front Office Host

About the role

As the Night Front Office Host you will be the calm, confident presence that keeps the hotel running while the city sleeps. You will welcome late‑arrival guests, manage overnight check‑ins and ensure the lobby remains safe, tidy and welcoming until sunrise.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome late‑night guests and create a relaxed, secure atmosphere.
• Handle check‑ins, payments, reports and night‑time procedures accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby throughout the shift.
• Assist guests with questions, special requests and unexpected issues.
• Monitor the building, flagging any unusual or urgent situations.
• Prepare handovers and share guest insights with the day team.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance as needed.
• Promote The Social Hub spaces and experiences when relevant.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in hospitality or a guest‑facing role.
• Comfortable working regular night shifts.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Calm, friendly demeanor that makes guests feel safe at night.
• Proactive, reliable and able to solve problems independently.

Required skills

• Experience using the Mews property management system.
• Proficiency with digital PMS, kiosks and messaging tools.
